First ‘Simply Eva’ show since lock down

July 4, 2020 was a special day for both the audience and the artists. For the first time since the lock down in March Jerney Kate and Lex Horst sang and played songs in Eva Cassidy’s arrangements (Early Morning Rain, Wayfaring Stranger, Woodstock and of course Fields of Gold, Songbird and over the Rainbow).

Biographer Johan Bakker talked about the short life of the American singer. The happy audience was gathered (at a safe distance from each other) in the main hall of Pop and Culture Stage P3 in Purmerend.
